Summary

In week 42 (October 15–21), activity at SOS Médecins clinics decreased by 2.4% (-1,761 visits), among both children under 15 and adults.

Analysis of indicators for the past week shows: - An increase in visits for digestive symptoms among adults aged 15–74 (+7.5%) and people aged 75 and older (vomiting: +14%, abdominal pain: +19%),- An increase in respiratory conditions among children under 2 years of age (bronchitis: +22% and bronchiolitis: +29%), following the trend observed in the previous two years, - An increase in visits for infectious conjunctivitis among 2- to 14-year-olds (+16%), with a share of activity comparable to previous years, - An increase in visits for fever alone, mainly among children (+9%) and those aged 75 and older (+30%), - The proportion of visits for asthma attacks remains higher than in the previous two years across all age groups, although the number of visits has decreased compared to the previous week (except among those aged 75 and older: +45%). - An increase in visits for falls among people aged 75 and older (+31%).
