Nationally, overall activity at SOS Médecins clinics remains stable across all age groups compared to the previous week. This activity is comparable to that of 2012 for the same period. Regionally, only the Centre/Ile-de-France region shows an increase in overall activity.

The gastroenteritis indicator remains stable over the period across all age groups. Its level is comparable to that of 2012. The asthma attack indicator remains stable over the period across all age groups. Activity related to this indicator is lower than in 2012. An increase is observed among 5- to 14-year-olds (+28%, 123 weekly cases). Activity related to influenza is on the rise (+15%, 377 cases); it remains within expected seasonal ranges and is comparable to the previous two years. This increase primarily affects children under 15 and adults under 75. There has been an increase in bronchitis among those under 15 years of age (+13%, 811 cases). The overall level of activity related to this indicator is stable and comparable to that of 2012. Cases of pneumonia are also on the rise across all age groups (+11%, 308 cases), though activity related to this indicator is lower than in 2012. Among children under 2 years of age, there has been an increase in cases of bronchiolitis (+27%, 150 cases). Case numbers remain within expected seasonal ranges and are comparable to those of the two previous seasons. Cases of isolated fever are increasing (17%, 1,120 cases) across all age groups. This trend applies to adults and children over 5 years of age. Activity related to this indicator is comparable to that of 2011 and 2012 for the same period.

The main conditions reported during the period by SOS Médecins associations across all age groups are nasopharyngitis (4,153 cases), acute respiratory failure (2,997 cases), and tonsillitis (2,791 cases).
