SOS Médecins has seen a decline in activity since late February, both nationally and regionally, and activity levels are comparable to those of the same period last year. The main conditions observed are gastroenteritis and ENT conditions (nasopharyngitis, otitis, and tonsillitis).For the past week, the gastroenteritis indicator has declined slightly (-8%) nationwide, particularly among those aged 15–74 and older. This trend is comparable to that observed in previous seasons (2009–2010 and 2010–2011). This indicator remains stable in the Southeast and Central-West regions.The influenza indicator is declining for all age groups nationally and in the regions; it accounts for 3% of activity in healthcare facilities. This trend is comparable to that observed in the emergency departments of the OSCOUR® network. The bronchiolitis indicator continued to decline over the past week, accounting for 4% of diagnoses among children under 2 years of age.The measles indicator has remained stable over the period. The mortality indicator has remained stable over the past week and is comparable to previous seasons (2009–2010 and 2010–2011).
