In Week 12 (March 16–22, 2026), activity at SOS Médecins clinics continued to rise among 2- to 14-year-olds (+9%, or +1,991 visits) since the end of school break. Activity remained stable in other age groups compared to the previous week.
We observed a continued increase in visits for:

• Allergies among 15- to 74-year-olds (+26%, or 443 more cases), at levels higher than in previous years, and among children (+21%, or 141 more cases);

• Asthma attacks among children (+27%, or +155 cases);

• Upper respiratory tract conditions among children (+13%, or +1,715 cases), and to a lesser extent among adults (+5%, or +646 cases);

There was also an increase in cases of bronchitis among children (+10%, or +92 cases), and for influenza/flu-like illness among 2- to 14-year-olds (+23%, or +104 cases) and among 15- to 74-year-olds (+9%, or +148 cases).

Among other indicators, there was also an increase in procedures for infectious conjunctivitis among children (+12%, or +117 procedures) and for isolated fever (+7%, or +37 procedures); among 2- to 14-year-olds, there was an increase in procedures for chickenpox (+25%, or +89 procedures).
