Summary

  • In Week 10, all-cause activity at SOS Médecins clinics decreased among those aged 15 and older (-5.5%), increased among children aged 2–14 (+10%), and remained stable among children under two compared to last week. Among seasonal conditions, there was an increase in asthma-related activity among children aged 2–14 (+50%) and adults over 75 (+28%), while activity decreased among children under 2 and adults aged 15–74.

  • There is also a renewed increase in consultations among children under 15 for isolated fever, upper respiratory tract conditions, and bronchitis. Among children under 2, there is a slight increase in consultations for bronchiolitis (+14%). The activity shares for these indicators remain within the ranges observed in the previous two years. Activity for isolated fever is also on the rise among children and adults under 75 years of age (+8%). Consultations for gastroenteritis and vomiting are stable or declining across all age groups, with activity shares comparable to the previous two years.

  • Among the most common conditions, there was an increase in consultations for viral syndrome in children, for chickenpox (+12%) in children under 2 years of age, and for acute abdominal pain in children aged 2–14 and adults aged 75 or older.
