Activity at SOS Médecins clinics has remained stable for the second consecutive week nationwide, across all age groups, at a level comparable to that of 2011 and 2012 for the same period. This stability in activity is also evident across regions. Diagnoses of asthma attacks remained stable over the period and accounted for 1% of total SOS Médecins activity, with numbers comparable to those of 2012 and slightly higher than in 2011. A slight increase was observed among 5- to 14-year-olds. The allergy indicator remained stable, at a level comparable to 2011 and significantly lower than in 2012.Activity related to this indicator accounts for 1.6% of total SOS Médecins activity. Activity related to gastroenteritis is down across all age groups (-10%) and accounts for 4% of SOS Médecins calls, with numbers comparable to 2012 and 2011 for the same period. The death rate is stable and comparable to 2012 and 2011.The main conditions reported across all age groups are nasopharyngitis (3,193 weekly cases), tonsillitis (2,500 weekly cases), and gastroenteritis (1,917 weekly cases); these main conditions have decreased over the period.
