Activity at SOS Médecins clinics remained stable over the past week both nationally and regionally, across all age groups, with patient numbers comparable to those of 2011 and 2012 for the same period. The asthma attack indicator is stable across all age groups, remaining at a level slightly higher than in 2011 and 2012. The allergy indicator has decreased slightly across all age groups (-11%) and accounts for approximately 1% of the associations’ overall activity. The gastroenteritis indicator is also stable, with numbers comparable to 2011 and 2012. However, there is a slight increase among children under 5 (+11%) and adults over 75 (+28%).This indicator accounts for 4% of the total activity of SOS Médecins associations and is among the leading conditions reported by physicians (1,720 cases per week across all age groups). Seasonal indicators: indicators for heatstroke, dehydration, and general malaise have decreased over the past week for numbers comparable to 2011 and 2012. The death indicator (data not shown): has decreased slightly to a level slightly lower than in 2011 and 2012. The main conditions reported by the association’s doctors across all age groups remain ENT diagnoses (tonsillitis and nasopharyngitis, with 3,041 and 2,617 weekly cases, respectively), followed by gastroenteritis.
