Activity at SOS Médecins clinics remained stable over the past week, at a level comparable to last year. This trend is also evident across the regions.
The asthma indicator is stable, remaining at a level slightly higher than in 2011. The allergy indicator remains stable across all age groups at levels comparable to 2011. The gastroenteritis indicator remains low, accounting for 5% of the associations’ activity.The mortality indicator is stable and at a level comparable to 2011 and 2010 for the same period. The main conditions observed across all age groups are tonsillitis, nasopharyngitis, and otitis. Among children under 15, there has been a decrease in ENT conditions: sore throats (-17%), nasopharyngitis (-11%), and ear infections (-12%), as well as a decline in viral syndromes (-23%).
Seasonal indicators: Indicators for heatstroke and dehydration remain at low levels for the season. The indicator for general malaise is stable. The indicator for insect bites is down over the period.
