Between weeks 51 and 52, the total volume of activity at SOS Médecins clinics rose sharply among adults (+34%), while it declined among children (-14%). A peak in activity was observed among those aged 75 and older on January 1 and among those aged 15–74 on January 2.

The number of calls for flu-like symptoms also increased among adults, though more moderately. These trends are observed across all regions.
Among children under 2 years of age, calls for "bronchiolitis and respiratory conditions in infants" recorded over the past week have stabilized: they account for 50% of SOS Médecins activity for this age group.
The "gastroenteritis" indicator has continued to rise sharply over the past two weeks in all geographic areas and for all age groups: +50% between weeks 51 and 52.
The number of deaths certified by SOS Médecins associations increased during the holidays in parallel with overall activity.
