Summary
Emergency room visits and hospitalizations are up by about 6% among children under 15 and down slightly among adults.
Visits and hospitalizations for asthma are up 50% among children under 15, but are stable or declining among adults. This increase is observed in all regions, most notably in the Paris, Western, and Southern regions. The numbers are very close to expected levels for this back-to-school period.
Visits for ENT infections and trauma are rising moderately among children under 15.
