About e-DO Info Service: The InVS has partnered with Asip-Santé, a public interest group responsible for the rollout of the CPS card, to create the e-DO Info Service support service. This service provides information on:

  • the healthcare professional card (CPS) system and card readers,

  • how the e-DO app works,

  • the mandatory reporting system.

By contacting e-DO Info Service, you agree to the following terms of use:

Privacy MeasuresWarning - Important information regarding the use of the remote access tool: the e-DO Info Service may require remote access to your computer.

  • To protect the confidentiality of your patients’ health data, we ask that you close all open applications on your workstation while our advisor is remotely accessing your workstation.

  • We also ask that you remain at your computer for the duration of the session.

Personal data: Using e-DO Info Service involves the processing of your personal data. Under no circumstances will this involve your patients’ data. This processing has been declared in the InVS Data Protection Officer’s registry. In accordance with Articles 39 and 40 of the French Data Protection Act, you may access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting e-DO Info Service.
