At the hospital, the number of emergency room visits for bronchiolitis continued to rise. The number of hospitalizations following an emergency room visit was stabilizing.
In the city, indicators were on the rise.
Virology: Detection rates for RSV were rising at low levels; detection rates for rhinovirus were rising at high levels.
COVID-19
SOS Médecins: decrease in the number of cases for suspected COVID-19 among those aged 15–64 and stability in other age groups.
Emergency department visits: a decrease in the number of visits for suspected COVID-19 across all age groups.
Clusters of acute respiratory infections (ARI) in long-term care facilities (LTCFs): a decrease in the number of reported COVID-19 clusters by LTCFs in Île-de-France was recorded in S41 (the week when symptoms of the first case appeared); however, the data are incomplete and still likely to increase.
SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater: Data from Week 42 indicate a continued decline in SARS-CoV-2 circulation in wastewater in Île-de-France, following several weeks of increased virus detection

In hospitals Activity related to influenza and influenza-like illnesses remained stable at a baseline level.
In the community, indicators were on the rise.
Virology: The number of confirmed influenza virus infections remained low.
