Chlamydia trachomatis (Ct) infection

• The screening rate increased slightly in 2023, reaching 41 per 1,000 inhabitants

• The diagnosis rate has remained stable in recent years. It is highest among women aged 15 to 25

• 67% of chlamydia cases diagnosed at the region’s Cegidd centers involved people under 26

Gonococcal infection

• The screening rate increased slightly in 2023, reaching 47 per 1,000 inhabitants

• The diagnosis rate is increasing across all age groups and is highest among men aged 26 to 49

• Cisgender men accounted for the majority of gonococcal infections seen at Cegidds

Syphilis

• The screening rate increased slightly in 2023, reaching 41 per 1,000 residents

• Men aged 26 to 49 have the highest diagnosis rate, and within this group, the rate has been rising steadily since 2020

• At Cegidd, MSM were the most affected by syphilis (69% of cases)
