Highlights
Since Week 30, allergy-related activity at the SOS Médecins Strasbourg association has remained within the usual range of fluctuations. In Week 35, 29 diagnoses were made, representing 2.4% of the association’s activity. Conversely, occasional increases in activity were observed at the SOS Médecins Mulhouse association during the same period. In week 35, doctors from this association made 11 allergy diagnoses, representing 2.1% of total diagnoses.
In week 35, the SOS Médecin Strasbourg association’s asthma-related activity remained low, with 8 diagnoses made, or 0.7% of the total diagnoses. Doctors from the Mulhouse association made 6 asthma diagnoses, or 1.1% of the total diagnoses.
According to the National Aerobiological Surveillance Network (RNSA), the allergy risk associated with Urticaceae pollen is very low in both departments of the region. As for grass pollen, the allergy risk remains very low in the Haut-Rhin department and is zero in the Bas-Rhin department.
In week 35, the number of weekly diagnoses of heat-related conditions was very low for both SOS Médecins associations. Specifically, 5 diagnoses were recorded for the SOS Médecins Strasbourg association (representing 0.4% of total diagnoses) and 1 for the Mulhouse association (representing 0.2% of total diagnoses).
According to available data, no unusual increase in mortality has been observed in Alsace over the past 4 weeks. Since the time lag for reporting death data exceeds 7 days, data for week 35 is currently being consolidated.
