City-wide Monitoring
SOS Médecins: During week 14 of 2020 (March 30–April 5), there were 1,096 consultations for suspected COVID-19, representing 25.8% of the activity of the five SOS Médecins associations in the Grand Est region (compared to 1,494 consultations and 28.7% of activity during week 13 of 2020). 7.1% of these consultations led to hospitalization (rate stable since week 11 of 2020).
Sentinelles Network: 530 (tele)consultations for acute respiratory infections (ARI) per 100,000 inhabitants in week 14 of 2020, compared to 661 per 100,000 in week 13 of 2020.
LBM (Surveillance of 3 labs: Eurofins-Biomnis-Cerba): 27.5% of tests were positive in week 14, compared to 31.4% in week 13 of 2020.
LBM (Monitoring by 10 laboratories, excluding the 3-lab monitoring group): 27.8% of tests were positive in week 14 (39.0% in week 13 of 2020 and 37.6% in week 12). Overall activity (number of COVID-19 tests performed) has been increasing since week 12 of 2020.
Surveillance in long-term care facilities, including nursing homes
In total, 6,528 confirmed cases were reported among residents and 4,343 cases among staff as of April 8, 2020 (5,554 and 3,128, respectively, in nursing homes).
