Bronchiolitis
In week 09, bronchiolitis-related activity among children under 2 years of age was on the rise at SOS Médecins and declining in hospital emergency departments, approaching epidemic thresholds.
Influenza
In week 09, activity related to influenza-like illness was stable at SOS Médecins and in hospital emergency departments, well below epidemic thresholds.
Gastroenteritis
In week 09, activity related to gastroenteritis was decreasing at SOS Médecins (low activity) and increasing in hospital emergency departments (low activity).
All-cause mortality
In week 08, regional mortality levels were slightly higher than expected for all ages and causes combined. Note that a significant excess of deaths has been observed in the region since week 44 (excluding week 2021-S01).
