Health Monitoring in the Bourgogne and Franche-Comté Regions. Update as of April 14, 2022.

Key Points

COVID-19

The circulation of SARS-CoV-2 appears to be slowing in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, while remaining at a very high level (1,432 per 100,000 inhabitants, +4%). The incidence rate continues to rise among those aged 25 and older, particularly among those aged 65 and older, where the increase is the highest. The positivity rate is rising slightly across all age groups, against a backdrop of declining testing rates among those under 45. Incidence at the departmental level is rising slightly in all departments, except in Doubs, where incidence is relatively stable, and in the Territoire de Belfort, where incidence is decreasing; it ranges from 1,231 (Territoire de Belfort) to 1,628 per 100,000 inhabitants (Côte-d’Or).
