195 SOS Médecins interventions for the iCanicule indicator have been recorded since June 1, along with 1,322 emergency room visits, 915 (69.2%) of which resulted in hospitalization.
51 cases recorded during the episode, 161 emergency room visits, and 102 hospitalizations following a visit.
Chikungunya, dengue, Zika (arboviruses)
127 confirmed or probable cases of imported dengue since May 1, 2024, representing 18 new cases since July 1; no cases of chikungunya or Zika have been reported.
Following a sharp increase in the number of reported dengue cases compared to previous years in May, a decrease was observed in June and July.
Allergies
In July (S27 to S31), the number of allergy cases across all age groups diagnosed by SOS Médecins is decreasing.
Activity in July is comparable to that of previous years for the same period.
Pertussis
In July 2024, the community-based pertussis outbreak continues to spread in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.

COVID-19
In July, the circulation of SARS-CoV-2 continued to increase in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, but the impact on the healthcare system remained moderate.
