Santé publique France’s Activities in the Field of Occupational Health
Santé publique France produces indicators to objectively assess the impact of work on health and guide occupational risk prevention. Epidemiological surveillance in occupational health relies on various mechanisms to evaluate the impact of public policies and preventive measures.
The agency carries out all its activities in the field of occupational health in collaboration with other stakeholders in the field, such as the Occupational Risks Division of the CNAM, the INRS, the MSA, and the French Society of Occupational Medicine. Collaborations with research teams also serve as a source of strong partnerships for Santé publique France, enabling a robust link between research and surveillance activities to improve occupational risk prevention.
As part of the overall strategy of the 4th National Occupational Health Plan 2021–2025 (PNST4), Santé publique France’s work also focuses on promoting health in the workplace through numerous partnerships, with the aim of encouraging health-promoting behaviors.
