Our experiences, whether positive or negative, are lessons [Interview]
It is the skills gained through lived experience—whether of social exclusion or illness—that generate experiential knowledge. This knowledge now serves as a valuable resource for supporting people who are excluded or living with a medical condition; it thus complements academic and professional knowledge. This experiential knowledge, more than just a testimony or a life story, must be structured so that it can be shared collectively, particularly in the context of vocational training.
