The questionnaire for the 2024 Santé publique France Health Barometer is a self-administered online questionnaire (CAWI) and a computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI). A contact phase was planned to verify that the respondent was indeed the person selected at random and that the person fell within the survey’s age range (18–79 years). It is presented in its entirety: it includes the instructions displayed on the screen as well as the conditions for the questions.
