8th Seminar of the National Reference Centers
Overview
The 8th seminar of the National Reference Centers (NRCs), organized by Santé publique France in collaboration with the NRC Committee, took place on November 16, 2017, at the Novotel Porte de Charenton hotel in Charenton-le-Pont (94) and brought together 132 participants.
This event marked the start of the NRCs’ new 2017–2022 term and brought together NRC committee members alongside professionals from Santé publique France, the Ministry of Health, and other health agencies involved in the surveillance and control of infectious diseases.
The program aimed not only to illustrate the very broad scope of the public health missions carried out by the CNRs (advice, expertise, surveillance, and alert systems) but also to incorporate current topics, future perspectives, and feedback on the operations and economic model of these centers.
