Key Points
In Week 23 (June 2–8, 2025), compared to the previous week, the number of visits and hospitalizations following a visit remained stable across all age groups.
Among children, there was an increase in visits for general malaise (16%, or +123 visits) and, to a lesser extent, for chickenpox (8%, or +26 visits). There was also a moderate increase in visits for suicide attempts (+9%, or +17 visits). More specifically, among 2- to 14-year-olds, there was an increase in visits for nonspecific abdominal pain (+14%, or +378 visits) and for headaches/dizziness/epilepsy (+14%, or +123 visits).
Among adults aged 15–74, there was an increase in visits for headaches/dizziness/epilepsy (+6%, or +475 visits) and for chest pain (+6%, or +584 visits). Among those aged 75 and older, there was an increase in visits for nonspecific abdominal pain (+8%, or +129 visits) and for dyspnea/respiratory failure (+14%, or +123 visits).
