Key Points

  • In Week 13 (March 24–30, 2025), activity at SOS Médecins clinics remained stable across all age groups compared to the previous week (-2%, or -1,808 visits).

  • Among children, there was an increase in cases of chickenpox (+64%, or +130 cases), pneumonia (+15%, or +31 cases), bronchitis (+5%, or +46 visits), and conjunctivitis (+7%, or +49 visits); among children under 2 years old, for various dermatological conditions (+23%, or +20 visits); and among 2- to 14-year-olds, in more moderate numbers, for scarlet fever and isolated fever (respectively +13% and +5%, or +14 and +17 visits). Finally, there was a slight increase in visits for anxiety (+43 visits in S13 vs. +29 in S12).

  • Among adults, nearly all monitored indicators are stable or declining. Among those aged 75 and older, however, there was an increase, albeit in moderate numbers, in procedures for isolated fever (+25%, or +13 procedures), bronchitis (+6%, or +20 procedures), urinary tract infection (+6%, or +11 procedures), and trauma (+7%, or +21 procedures).
