Bronchiolitis (children under one year of age)

  • Transition to the post-epidemic phase in week 03-2026 (January 12–18)

  • Peak activity for bronchiolitis in week 50-2025 (December 8–14) for emergency departments and in week 51 (December 15–21) for SOS Médecins, followed by a decline through mid-January 2026 and then fluctuations at a low level

  • RSV and rhinoviruses remain active

Influenza and influenza-like illnesses (all ages)

  • End of the epidemic declared in week 08-2026 (February 16–22)

  • Peak activity for influenza-like illnesses in week 51-2025 (December 15–21) for SOS Médecins associations and in week 52 (December 22–28) for emergency departments

  • Peak influenza virus detection rate in the three university hospitals in week 01-2026 (December 29, 2025, to January 4, 2026)

Suspected COVID-19 cases (all ages)

  • Activity at SOS Médecins clinics and emergency departments remains very low

  • Low circulation of SARS-CoV-2
