Over the past two weeks, dengue activity in the territory remained low, with 4 confirmed cases (3 in S40 and 1 in S39), including 2 residing in the Western Coast, 1 in the Savanes sector, and 1 outside French Guiana.
Since the beginning of the year, 279 cases of dengue have been confirmed in French Guiana, an average of 7 per week. Acute Respiratory Infections
Influenza activity was on the rise across the entire territory. Indicators reached a level close to that observed before the epidemic; this should be monitored over the coming weeks.
Bronchiolitis activity has been rising slightly over the past two weeks but remains low overall.
COVID-19 activity remained low in French Guiana, with three emergency room visits at the three hospitals for this reason in recent weeks.
Diarrhea
Activity was moderate, increasing in primary care centers and local hospitals, and rising in the emergency departments of the three hospitals.
