The regional testing rate continues to decline. The increase in the positivity rate is less pronounced than in previous weeks. In this context, in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, SARS-CoV-2 viral circulation continues to rise. The incidence rate is estimated at 73 cases per 100,000 inhabitants (which is lower than the national rate: 84 per 100,000 inhabitants).
At the subregional level, departmental incidence rates range from 63 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in Haute-Saône to 87 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in Doubs, and positivity rates range from 13.6% in Saône-et-Loire to 18.6% in Jura. Doubs has the most unfavorable situation, with indicators at levels similar to those observed in France.

Flu activity (all ages) remains at epidemic levels
Activity at SOS Médecins clinics and in emergency departments is decreasing
46 severe influenza cases admitted to intensive care reported by the intensive care sentinel network
53 reports of clusters of acute respiratory infections in long-term care facilities since early October 2022
Acute gastroenteritis
Activity (all ages) at SOS Médecins clinics is increasing slightly and is above the levels observed during previous seasons at the same time
Emergency department activity is decreasing and remains below the levels observed during last season
