Leptospirosis
- Since the beginning of 2026, 100 cases of leptospirosis have already been recorded, including 15 hospitalizations, with two cases admitted to intensive care
- Rainfall since the start of 2026, although slightly lower than in 2025 during the same period, could promote the environmental persistence of leptospires and increase the risk of transmission in the coming weeks

Mpox
- Two new cases of Mpox (monkeypox) have been reported: one in week 15 and the other in week 16, bringing the total number of cases recorded in Mayotte since the start of the year to 15
