Oscour® network emergency department visit indicators:

  • Among adults of all ages for mental health issues:

    • The monthly number of emergency room visits in May 2022 is higher than in 2021 and higher than the average for the years 2018 to 2020.

    • The monthly activity rate in May 2022 is lower than the average for the years 2018 to 2020 and that of May 2021.

    • The number of visits is generally higher in January–May 2022 compared to 2021 and the average for the same period in 2018–2020.

  • For children of all ages with mental health issues:

    • The monthly number of emergency department visits in May 2022 is higher than in May 2021 and the average for visits from 2018 to 2020.

    • The volume of activity in May 2022 is lower than in May 2021 but higher than the average for the years 2018 to 2020.

    • The number of visits is generally higher in January–May 2022 compared to 2021 and the average for the same period in 2018–2020.

  • Several mental health monitoring indicators from the Oscour® network are on the rise in May 2022: suicide attempts, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, psychotic disorders, and anxiety disorders.

SOS Médecins medical service indicators:

  • The monthly number of SOS Médecins procedures for anxiety in May 2022 is lower than in May 2021 but higher than the average for the years 2018 to 2020.

  • The monthly activity rate in May 2022 is lower than the average for the years 2018 to 2020 and lower than that of 2021 for the same period.

  • The number of medical procedures is generally lower in January–May 2022 compared to 2021 but higher than the average for the same period in 2018–2020.
