Bronchiolitis: Significant decline in indicators—the region is in the post-epidemic phase

Flu: Flu-related activity is on the rise in emergency rooms. There has been a decrease in emergency room visits among those aged 65 and older.

Air pollution: An episode of fine particulate matter pollution has been ongoing in the Centre-Val de Loire region since Friday, January 20. The departments of Eure-et-Loir and Loiret will move to Alert Level 3 starting Tuesday, January 24, and will remain at Alert Level 3 on Wednesday, January 25. The other departments (Loir-et-Cher, Indre, Indre-et-Loire, and Cher) will move to Level 2 alert starting Tuesday, January 24, and will remain at Level 2 on Wednesday, January 25. Weather conditions will continue to favor the accumulation of particulate matter in the lower atmospheric layers.
