Monitoring of carbon monoxide poisoning in Auvergne and Rhône-Alpes. Update as of November 7, 2017.

Update

Since October 1, 2017, 12 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning have been reported in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. This figure is lower for the month of October compared to previous years (15 cases in October 2016, 20 in October 2015), which can be explained by the extremely late drop in temperatures this season, which delayed the start of the heating season.During these 12 incidents, 71 people were exposed and 29 were transported to hospital emergency rooms.
