Guadeloupe: Confirmed circulation of the virus in the central region—Decrease in the number of clinically suggestive cases in private practice—Two visits to the emergency department in week 2018-49 not followed by hospitalization—Increase in the number of laboratory-confirmed cases: 14 cases, including 5 DENV-1—Two epidemic foci identified: Baie-Mahault and Les Abymes

Saint Martin: Confirmed circulation in Friar’s Bay and Concordia—Increase in the number of suspected cases in primary care—No emergency room visits in week 2018-49—Increase in the number of laboratory-confirmed cases: 8 cases, including 6 DENV-1—Two outbreaks identified in Friar’s Bay and Concordia

Saint-Barthélemy: No dengue-related infections identified.
