  • From September 23 to 29, 2024 (Week 39), nationwide, asthma-related visits among children under 15 were down sharply in both networks. The volume of activity in both networks returned to levels comparable to previous seasons.

  • The number of emergency room visits is down (-1,410 visits, or -30%), as is the number of SOS Médecins calls (-211 calls, or -24%).

  • The share of activity in emergency departments (4.1%) and at SOS Médecins (2.5%) is also down for the third consecutive week.

  • In the Indian Ocean region, the trend is toward stabilization at levels comparable to previous years. The number of visits is stable (75 visits, +0) and the share of activity is stable (5.6%, or -0.1).
