Key Points

In Week 25 (June 15–21, 2026), activity at SOS Médecins clinics remained stable across all age groups compared to the previous week.

Amid a heat wave, there was an increase in the number of cases compared to the previous week for:

  • Heatstroke across all age groups (+424 cases)
  • Dehydration (+120%, or +65 cases) and fainting (+20%, or +52 cases) among adults
  • Deterioration in general health (+11%, or +31 cases) and falls (+7%, or +11 cases) among those aged 75 and older
  • Insect bites in all age groups (+66%, or +234 cases) and allergies in children aged 2–14 (+16%, or +70 cases)

Among other conditions, there was an increase in cases for:

  • Vomiting among children aged 2–14 (+11%, or +21 cases) and among adults (+15%, or +48 cases)
  • Chickenpox (+34%, or +200 cases) and isolated fever (+14%, or +131 cases) among children under 15
