Use of e-SIN is restricted to healthcare professionals (public health practitioners and reporting officers), Regional Health Agencies (ARS), Regional Public Health Agencies (CPias), and Santé publique France, including Regional Intervention Units (Cire).

To access the e-SIN application, a user must first provide Santé publique France with their name, position, and contact information. Registration in the e-SIN application directory is done via a form specific to each user type, accessible at the addresses listed below.

Filling out this form does not grant immediate access to the e-SIN application. The information provided is verified, if necessary by contacting the legal representative of the organization (healthcare facility, ARS, CPias) where the user works.

If the registration is approved, the user will receive their e-SIN login credentials within a maximum of 7 days.

If your role has changed and you are no longer a hygiene practitioner (PH) or reporting officer (RS), please notify esin-annuaire@santepubliquefrance.fr of this change so that your access can be revoked and new access granted to your replacement.
