Acute Respiratory Infections

  • SOS Médecins: Procedures for the diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infections were down compared to the previous week.

  • Oscour®: visits and hospitalizations following visits for lower respiratory tract infections were down compared to the previous week.

Bronchiolitis

  • The 2023-2024 bronchiolitis epidemic in Occitanie has ended. It lasted from week 2023-44 to week 2024-02, a total of 11 weeks.

Influenza

  • In week 07-2024, the Occitanie region entered its 10th epidemic week.

  • For the second week, all syndromic and virological indicators continue to decline in community practice and in hospitals. The epidemic peak occurred in week 5.

  • All twelve regions of mainland France are in the epidemic phase.

COVID-19

  • Low activity in private practice (SOS Médecins) and in hospitals (Oscour® network).

Gastroenteritis and acute diarrhea

  • Low activity in private practice (SOS Médecins) and moderate activity in hospitals (Oscour® network).
