There has been a very sharp increase in the incidence of COVID-19 cases in Normandy, evident across all five departments in the region. This rapid rise is not yet reflected in healthcare utilization indicators, which are increasing more slowly; however, the daily number of hospitalizations and reports from the medical-social sector are close to the levels observed last spring.
