COVID-19

  • In Week 25, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, the decline in SARS-CoV-2 circulation continued. Incidence rates were lower compared to the consolidated rates for Week 24, across the entire region and for all age groups. SOS Médecins calls for suspected COVID-19 cases were on the rise, emergency room visits for suspected COVID-19 and admissions to critical care units were stable, and new hospital admissions and the number of deaths in hospitals were declining.

  • Incidence of acute diarrhea: on the rise

  • Heat-related illnesses: activity decreasing at SOS Médecins, stable in hospital emergency departments.
