  • SOS Médecins: 607 cases of suspected COVID-19 per 10,000 medical procedures in S18, compared to 584 in S17

  • Sentinelles Network: 42 (tele)consultations for acute respiratory infections per 100,000 inhabitants in S18 compared to 68 in S17

Virological Surveillance

  • Community laboratories (3 labs): 2.1% of tests positive in S18 compared to 6.0% in S17

  • Hospital laboratories: 3.7% positive tests in S18 compared to 12.8% in S17

Surveillance in long-term care facilities, including nursing homes

  • 331 outbreaks between March 1 and May 4, 2020: 2,542 cases among residents, including 333 deaths in long-term care facilities

Hospital surveillance

  • Oscour® Network: 501 visits for suspected COVID-19 per 10,000 visits in Week 18, compared to 738 in Week 17

  • Intensive Care Sentinel Services: 52.3% of cases aged 65 and older and 86.0% of cases with at least one risk factor

Mortality surveillance

  • Moderate excess all-cause mortality in S17 in Eure-et-Loir and Indre.
