City-wide monitoring

  • SOS Médecins: 596 cases of suspected COVID-19 per 10,000 medical procedures in S16, compared to 1,166 in S15

  • Sentinelles Network: 110 (tele)consultations for acute respiratory infections per 100,000 inhabitants in S16 compared to 141 in S15

Virological Surveillance

  • Community laboratories (3 labs): 10.7% positive tests in S16 compared to 24.5% in S15

  • Hospital laboratories: 14.4% of tests positive in S16 compared to 30.6% in S15

Surveillance in long-term care facilities, including nursing homes

  • 289 outbreaks between March 1 and April 21: 2,105 cases of COVID-19 among residents, including 280 deaths reported within the facilities.

Hospital surveillance

  • Oscour® Network: 834 visits for suspected COVID-19 per 10,000 visits in Week 16 compared to 1,046 in Week 15

  • Intensive Care Sentinel Services: 52.7% of cases aged 65 and older and 74.8% of cases with at least one risk factor

Mortality surveillance

  • Moderate excess all-cause mortality in S15 in Eure-et-Loir and Indre.
