Overall Activity Trends: Over the past week, the number of cases handled by SOS Médecins involving children under 15 decreased by 10% (-1,481 visits), while the number of cases involving people over 75 increased by 13% (+705 consultations). Activity for adults aged 15–74 remained stable. This trend in activity was observed primarily in the Central-East and Southeast regions.

Trends in the main conditions Among children under 15, ENT conditions remain the most common diagnoses made by SOS Médecins associations. Among the 10 most common conditions, there was a decrease in consultations for strep throat (-15%, -320 visits), for isolated fever (-19%, -160 visits), and for chickenpox (-25%, -98 visits).

Among the 10 most frequently encountered conditions in adults aged 15–74, there was an increase in consultations for urinary tract infections (+18%, +202 visits) and for bronchitis (+23%, +139 visits).

The 10 most common conditions among people aged 75 and older are mostly on the rise. Despite small sample sizes, there was an increase in consultations for urinary tract infections (+52 visits), falls (+59 visits), anxiety (+30 visits), and deterioration in general health (+36 visits). A slight increase in deaths certified by association physicians is also observed (+22 cases).

Trends in Seasonal IndicatorsSeasonal indicators are stable (asthma attacks, general malaise) or declining (allergies, heatstroke, dehydration, insect bites) across all age groups. The numbers are comparable to those of the previous two years. Consultations for gastroenteritis are also stable among children under 15 and slightly higher among adults: +9% (+116 consultations). Activity for this indicator is slightly higher than in the previous two years
