  • In week 49, overall activity at SOS Médecins clinics increased across all age groups except for children under two years of age.

  • Consultations for influenza/influenza-like illness continue to rise sharply across all age groups (+72%) compared to the previous week, with influenza-related activity exceeding that of the past two years. The onset of the epidemic has been reported in Brittany and Île-de-France.

  • Consultations for bronchiolitis are showing a moderate decline, with the epidemic now widespread across the entire mainland, with the exception of Corsica.

  • Among those over 15 years of age, consultations for upper respiratory tract conditions, pneumonia, and bronchitis are on the rise, with a proportion of coded activity higher than in the previous two years.

  • Consultations for gastroenteritis are on the rise across all age groups, with the proportion of cases remaining higher than in the previous two years.
