Summary

During the week of October 20–26, 2014 (Week 43), the trend in mortality recorded by civil registry offices followed the usual pattern for this period, with figures in line with expected values (Figures 1 and 2). This trend is observed both across all ages and within the various age groups (Figure 3). 587 deaths were certified electronically during the past week (October 27–November 2), a figure comparable to that of the previous week (Figure 4).
