Leptospirosis

• For several weeks now, the number of weekly leptospirosis cases has been declining. The number of cases reported in 2024 has already exceeded the highest annual number of cases reported since surveillance began.

Dengue

• The winter decline continues. The number of cases has dropped from 34 in Week 23 to 15 in Week 24. Circulation is gradually returning to 2022 levels, while remaining well above 2023 levels.

Acute respiratory infection

• Decrease in emergency department visits for flu-like illness.

Acute gastroenteritis

• In week 25, emergency department visits across all age groups for gastroenteritis were on the decline.
