Key points

Acute lower respiratory tract infections

  • Trends remain stable in hospitals, while decreasing at SOS Médecins and among doctors in the Sentinelles network. Activity levels remain low and consistent with seasonal norms.

Bronchiolitis (< 1 year)

  • Non-epidemic phase: activity is low and stable, but the resumption of socio-economic activities following the school break, along with the return of winter viruses, could lead to an increase in activity.

Influenza and influenza-like illnesses

  • Non-epidemic phase: low and stable activity in private practice within the SOS Médecins and Sentinelles networks, as well as in emergency departments.

COVID-19

  • Activity is decreasing, with a trend comparable to the previous season.
