• Santé publique France considers that the epidemiological situation regarding dengue corresponds to Phase 1 according to the PSAGE dengue: presence of sporadic cases.

Guadeloupe

• Dengue activity in urban areas is generally decreasing compared to the beginning of the year.

• In hospitals, a clear downward trend in the number of emergency room visits for dengue is also observed. The epidemic is still ongoing (Phase 4, Level 1 according to the PSAGE dengue).

• The technical committee for dengue monitoring will be convened very soon to reassess the epidemiological situation of dengue on the archipelago.

• The predominant serotype remains DENV-3.

Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy

• The situation is calm. These territories are currently in Phase 1 according to the dengue PSAGE for both territories: sporadic cases and isolated outbreaks with no epidemiological link(s).
