COVID-19

  • SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater: In S20, an overall trend toward stabilization in the level of SARS-CoV-2 circulation in wastewater was observed. The intensity of viral circulation remained low.
  • The number of SOS Médecins calls and emergency department visits for suspected COVID-19 remained stable at low levels for several weeks.

Chikungunya, dengue, and Zika

  • May 1–19, 2026 (documented cases): 11 imported cases of dengue, 1 imported case of chikungunya.
